💰 Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrect products received.
- To initiate a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
- After verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
No Refund Policy for Fresh Items:
Since we deal in perishable goods, items once accepted at delivery cannot be returned or refunded unless there’s a valid quality issue.
